The staff conduct awareness programmes on energy conservation among the masses but reflect lackadaisical attitude in their own offices. No staff care to switch off the office fans and lights even during lunch break as shown in the picture.
Is this the responsibility of employees of power department of presumed future power house of India? This poises a simple question: Who will bell the cat?
